Daylong Retreat: The Power of Kindness.
Bronte Beach Surf Club (date TBC)
Presenter: Jono Fisher

The Dalai Lama has stated, “My Religion is kindness.” Kindness is about living fully, loving openly and having the courage to trust yourself. It is also about exploring a new version of happiness based on acceptance and generosity rather than endless craving and accumulation.

Although frequently denigrated in our culture as simplistic and weak, the quality of kindness has an inherent power to transform our lives. Overlooking beautiful Bronte beach, we will enjoy a day of sharing, meditation and connection. We will also discuss some of the key principles of living with kindness and introduce practices to cultivate our natural capacity for an open heart, relaxation and genuine happiness. The day will be made up of a combination of mindfulness meditation, discussion and sharing.
